Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tudovu Inc. ("Tudovu", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit tudovu.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.
The Tudovu platform at app.tudovu.com is provided under a separate customer agreement. Information that customers connect to or store in the platform, such as AWS account data, repository content, and compliance documents, is processed under that agreement, not this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Inquiries. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, and anything else you choose to share, such as your role, the number of AWS accounts you run, your message, and what you asked about.
- Demo scheduling. If you book a time through our Calendly calendar, Calendly collects the details you enter and shares them with us to schedule the meeting.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use PostHog, through our own subdomain events.tudovu.com, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used: pages viewed, referring pages, links clicked, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser type. See Analytics and cookies for your choices.
- Inquiry context. When you submit the contact form, we record the page where your visit started, the referring page, and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes request information to deliver and secure the Site. Operational logs may include request metadata and errors; logging and retention depend on the enabled service configuration.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule demos, scope scans, and provide the information you asked for.
- To follow up with you about Tudovu. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand which content helps people evaluate Tudovu and to improve the Site.
- To protect the Site and our users, and to comply with legal obligations.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries, operating a business-to-business service, and securing the Site.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and respond to you:
- Amazon Web Services, for hosting the Site, processing the contact form, and sending email.
- monday.com, when inquiry routing is enabled.
- Google, for email (Google Workspace) and, if you accept analytics, Google Analytics.
- PostHog, for product and website analytics.
- Calendly, if you choose to book a time.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Analytics and cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you accept, neither PostHog nor Google Analytics is loaded and no analytics events are sent. If you accept, PostHog stores an identifier in a cookie and in your browser's local storage, and Google Analytics sets its cookies on the production site. If you decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics stays off.

The Calendly calendar on our contact page loads only when you ask to see available times; Calendly may then set its own cookies under its privacy notice.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, and then delete it unless we must keep it for legal reasons. Analytics data is retained according to our settings with PostHog and Google.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest with our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International transfers
Tudovu is based in the United States and processes information in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing; we do not sell or share it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email team@tudovu.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity before we respond.
Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the Site.
