These terms govern your use of tudovu.com (the "Site"), operated by Tudovu Inc. ("Tudovu", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them.
The Tudovu platform
These terms cover the Site only. Access to and use of the Tudovu platform, including Security Garrison, Compliance Corps, and the app at app.tudovu.com, requires separate service terms agreed with Tudovu. These website terms do not replace a customer agreement or data processing agreement.
Information on the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate, but it is provided for general information. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change and are not an offer; the terms of your order or subscription agreement control. Capabilities described as planned, in development, or on the roadmap are not commitments to deliver them.
Content on the Site about security and compliance is not legal, audit, or professional advice. An independent auditor determines the outcome of any audit.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site to learn about Tudovu and to contact us. You may not:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to related systems;
- send spam, malicious code, or false information through our forms;
- use automated means to collect content from the Site in a way that burdens it; or
- use the Site in violation of any law.
Security research is welcome when it follows our responsible disclosure guidelines.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, product names, and software, is owned by Tudovu or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links to the Site and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and embeds services operated by others, such as our Trust Center, scheduling calendar, and social profiles. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tudovu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
Tudovu Inc. is a Delaware corporation. These website terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
